"Bought a Wrangler Rubicon three weeks ago. Had been a Progressive customer and when I went to add the Jeep and take off the two other cars, my rate actually doubled. I began the search for new insurance and punched into a website to see what was out there. Tatum called me the next day, and gave me a quote that saved me a lot. We scheduled for the actual payment and switch for Friday, advising her I worked until 3:30A so please not to call until after 1. She called me after 2 and we got it handled. It was easy, the price matched the quote, and I’m very happily saving money on my insurance and back to State Farm for auto and renters. Easy process, great service, and very understanding of time. Nice to have an actual agent again, too. 800 numbers are not really my favorite. Thanks Tatum! Now I just have to figure out how to keep it clean. 🤣😂"
